讨论了C-Mn低合金钢生产φ8 mm HRB400钢筋的工艺流程,提出了合理的吐丝温度,对钢筋的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能和时效处理性能进行了分析.结果表明:C-Mn低合金钢控轧控冷生产的HRB400钢的金相组织为F+P+W,铁素体晶粒度9.0~9.5级,钢筋力学性能符合GB 1499.2-2007HRB400的要求,钢筋经250℃×1h时效处理后没有时效倾向.
