Tong-Chern Ong

Tong-Chern Ong received the Bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1976, and the Master and Ph.D degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1979 and 1987, respectively. He was with National Semiconductor Corporation from 1979 to 1981 as a DRAM Circuit Designer. From 1987 to 1999, he was with Intel Corporation and worked in the area of Flash Memory reliability. He joined Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, in 1999 and is currently the Manager of the Logic Technology Reliability group.
