V. A. Vdovin

Vladimir A. Vdovin was born in Dzerzhinsk, Russia, in 1954. He received the M.S. degree in physics from Moscow State University, Faculty of Physics, Russia, in 1978, and the Ph.D. degree in physics from Kotel'nikov Institute of Radioengineering and Electronics, Russian Academy of Sciences, in 1988. Since 1982 he was a Junior Researcher and Senior Researcher with the Kotel'nikov Institute of Radioengineering and Electronics of Russian Academy of Science. He is currently a Leading Researcher in this institute. His current research interests include higher-power electron devices, nanosecond radars, terahertz radiation detectors.
