Amit Dikshit

Amit Dikshit received the B.Eng. degree from Karnakata Regional Engineering College, Surathkal, Karnakata, India, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Wyoming, Laramie, WY. At Jazz Semiconductor, Newport Beach, CA, he performed BSIM and PSP modeling of the DC and RF behavior of silicon MOSFETs. He then moved to Peregrine Semiconductor, San Diego, CA, where he concentrated on modeling of passive devices, and mismatch of both passives and FETs, for silicon-on-sapphire technologies. He is now with Semiconductor R&D Center, IBM India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, India, working on bulk silicon FET modeling.
