Competencies: (biomedical) data analytics; machine learning; data science; proficient in python (numpy, scipy, matplotlib, pandas, scikit-learn); proficient in working in UNIX environment, especially using high performance supercomputing resources via job schedulers (SLURM, PBS); prior experience in C and C++; need-based exposure to Matlab, R and SQL; developing bioinformatics software and pipelines; data visualization; technical/scientific writing (tutorials, technical reports, peer-reviewed publications, grants).
