Profesor Titular (Associate Professor) of Mechanics of Continuum Media and Theory of Structures. I teach undergraduate subjects on Mechanics of Materials and on the Finite Element Method in Engineering. I am the Director of the Official Master's Degree: Master of Mechanics of Materials and Structures. There I teach the Finite Element Method, Structural Dynamics and Nonlinear Analysis of Structures. I belong to the group AMADE (Analysis and Advanced Materials for Structural Design) from the University of Girona which is a Consolidated Group of Catalonia. The research activity is focused on the mechanical characterization and simulation of continuous fibre composites and bonded joints for structural applications.
