Bio
Ahmed H. Madian (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electronics and communications from Cairo University, Giza, Egypt, in 1997, 2001, and 2007, respectively. Since 2014, he has been serving as the Director of Microelectronics Systems Design Master Program and the Nano-Electronics Integrated Systems Center (NISC), Nile University. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Micro-Electronics Design Center, Department of Radiation Engineering, Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority, Cairo, Egypt. His research interests are in circuit theory, low-voltage analog CMOS circuit design, current-mode analog signal processing, memristor, fractional systems, VLSI, encryption systems, and mixed/digital applications on field-programmable gate arrays. Also, he has been a member of the National Radio Science Committee (NRSC) since 2018. He has been also the IEEE Egypt Section Secretary since January and the Chair of Egypt Technical Chapter Circuits and Systems (CASS) since February. He also served on many technical and organizing committees of many international conferences. He is a Co-Founder of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Egypt Chapter, and a Co-Chair of an award and a membership of the RAS Chapter.
