Bio
My research goal is to understand the highly complex mechanism of plant stress modulation pathways. As stress tolerance is a multigenic trait, my laboratory is actively working on various stress-responsive genes such as trehalose synthase, Isopentyl transferase, glyoxalase, glutathione S-transferase in various plant species. The long-term aim of my research is to identify the mechanism of stress tolerance and the key components of this network.
