Identifying predictive markers of resistance to immunomodulatory drug (IMiD)-based therapies in multiple myeloma will allow tailored therapies for patients. Advanced technologies for single-cell proteomics can usher in a new era for precision medicine. His team develops novel mass spectrometry-based glycoproteomics and glycomics assays for congenital disorders of glycosylation. Using these assays can improve diagnoses for patients with suspected congenital disorders of glycosylation (CDGs). His work also involves the testing and monitoring of novel therapies to improve patient outcomes.
