Bio

Currently working on ovarian cancer (high-grade and non-high-grade) in large case-control cohorts (9000+ individuals across multiple projects). My day-to-day analyses are on high-throughput, next-generation sequencing data ranging from whole-genome to exome to targeted sequencing. I'm passionate about teaching. Currently, I'm teaching a course on Personalised Medicine at UNSW, and in the past I've taught topics ranging from undergraduate Chemistry to supervision of PhD students.
