Andrew Branch

Andrew Thompson received the Ph.D. degree in physical oceanography from University of California San Diego in 2006. He is currently a Physical Oceanographer and Professor in environmental science and engineering with the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA. His research combines modeling and observations to study turbulent transport in the ocean and its impact on the large-scale circulation.
