Andrew L. Russ

Andrew L. Russ received the B.S. in biology and the M.A. in geography from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, USA, in 1993 and 2003, respectively. He is with the Hydrology and Remote Sensing Laboratory, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Beltsville MD, USA. His research interest focuses on remote sensing of crops to collect parameters that inform precision agriculture systems, with a focus on UAS-based sensors. Mr. Russ is a member of the American Society of Agronomy and the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International.
