Anna N. Stepanova

Anna N. Stepanova received her undergraduate training at the University of Nevada, Reno, NV, USA, and Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod, Russia. She did her graduate work in the laboratory of Joseph Ecker, earning her Ph.D. degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Plant Biology and Genetics at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC, USA. Her primary research interests lie in plant hormones, specifically in deciphering the mechanisms of ethylene signal transduction, auxin biosynthesis, and hormonal crosstalk.
