Javanmard Arash

Arash Javanmard was born on the 24th of July in 1974 in East Azerbaijan, Tabriz. He attended and graduated from the Ferdowsi High School, Tabriz in 1994. In the same year, he pursued a degree in Animal Science at TabrizUniversity. He was selected as the best student in his B.Sc degree group. Four years later, he pursued his M.Sc in Animal Genetics and Breeding at the Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Tehran University. The title of his thesis was “Identification of GHR gene polymorphism in Iranian Sistani cattle using PCR-RFLP”. He finished his thesis in the Biotechnology, Serum, and Vaccine Institute in Razi, and 2 years later he joined the Agricultural Biotechnology Research Institute in Karaj city as a researcher during his military service. The author enrolled in his Ph.D. program on Animal Genetics and Breeding at University Putra Malaysia in July 2006. During his study, he was actively involved and participated in many national and international conferences, symposiums, workshops, and seminars related to Biotechnology and Genetics.
