Aynur SENSOY is an associated professor at the Department of Civil Engineering, Eskişehir Technical University, Eskisehir, Turkey. Her principal research interests are focused on hydrological modeling in operational flood forecasting and water resources management; to this end the main interests are understanding and predicting hydrological processes across scales; catchment hydrology including snow and innovative measurement methods of remote sensing technology; hydrological simulation and modelling; application of deterministic and probabilistic numerical weather prediction data for real time runoff forecasting; operational reservoir management.
