Ayumu Taguchi

Dr. Ayumu Taguchi currently works at the Division of Molecular Diagnostics, Aichi Cancer Center. I have a broad background in oncology and molecular biology, with extensive and broad expertise in integrated approaches to the molecular profiling of cancer. My research involves identification of biomarkers and therapeutic targets for solid tumors, particularly lung, pancreatic, and colon cancer, with applying a systems approach that integrates comprehensive genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic profiling of mouse models of cancer, human biospecimens, and cancer cell lines, followed by assay development and evaluation of candidate markers for intended clinical applications.
