Bio

I am head of laboratory at the Freie University Berlin and our team want to understand and identify molecular processes, cellular factors, and structural as well as functional changes that lead to the global spread of multi-resistant pathogens. The focus is to support the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic options for the fast treatment of resistant pathogens by multi-omics analyses. Side project: Multi-omics analyses of venomous animals and their evolutionary and ecological drivers.
