Bio
Benjamin Klein (M'90) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1994 and 1995, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000.
After completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Boulder, Colorado, he joined the faculty of Georgia Tech Savannah in 2003. His research focuses on the numerical simulation and design of semiconductor electronic and optoelectronic devices.
