Member and researcher, specialist in Brazil and Latin America politics, at CERES Graduated and postgraduate in International Relations, author of the book Para uma Estabilidade Democrática, has been a political analyst for over 10 years, having received a FAPERJ scholarship from UFRJ and an associate researcher at the Laboratory of Simulations and Scenarios of the Naval War School of the Brazilian Navy (LSC-EGN/MB), professor and lecturer.
