Dr. Sjogreen is a Computer Scientist and Applied Mathematician at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). He received a Ph.D. degree in numerical analysis from Uppsala University, Sweden, in 1988. Before joining LLNL in 2004, he held Associate Professor positions at Uppsala University and at the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. His research interests are in numerical methods for partial differential equations and their efficient solution on HPC hardware.
