Strong background in inorganic materials synthesis and characterization (XRD, XPS, FT-IR, SEM...). Extended the experiences in materials characterization to tracking the performance of Li-ion batteries as well as identifying/predicting the aging mechanisms of batteries. Have extensive experience conducting experiments in national lab user facilities and leading collaborative research projects. Seeking for innovative research and development opportunities.
