The focus of my work is to bridge the gap between the molecular and cell systems levels of analysis to quantitatively understand and control integrative responses of living cells. A major goal of my current research is to elucidate emerging properties of molecular pathogenetic networks in order to identify and mechanistically understood tumourigenic cell network vulnerabilities, which lend themselves as a basis for new approaches to the diagnosis and therapeutic treatment.
