Dr Brett Stringer is an experienced cell and molecular biologist studying the genetic basis of disease. He is the co-creator of a well-cited collection of patient-derived cell line and xenograft models of glioblastoma as well as a large brain tumour tissue bank. He also developed a popular collection of lentiviral gene expression and CRISPR/Cas9 plasmids available from Addgene. He is currently a Research Fellow in Genetics and Drug Discovery at Griffith University.
