I contribute to the identification, utilization, or co-development of models, infrastructures, and conceptual frameworks that elucidate healthy states and the intricate interplay of mind-body-environment on health. My endeavors aim to enhance our understanding of healthy states and trajectories, offering actionable insights to reframe chronic conditions in meaningful ways.
