She has built a research structure consisting of an in-house team and external collaborations, which have helped strengthen the recognition of the group among those working in air pollution/climate change/health interactions. She completed the supervision of 8 PhD students, as main advisor, and initiated the supervision of more 7 PhD students. She also supervised 14 post-doc students and 22 Master thesis. She published around 200 papers in ISI-indexed journals with around 10,000 citations and a h-index of 56. Some of her papers are in the list of most downloaded or cited articles of Atmospheric Research and Atmospheric Environment (both Elsevier).
