Christophe Krzeminski

Christophe Krzeminski was born in 1975. He received the Eng. degree from the Institut Supérieur d’Electronique et du Numérique, Lille, France, in 1998, and the Ph.D. degree in electronics from the Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille, Lille, in 2001. From 1998 and 2001, he was involved with the modeling of electronic transport in molecular electronics devices. In 2001, he joined as an Assistant Professor at the Institute d’Electronique, de Microelectronique et de Nanotechnologie (IEMN), Department of Silicon Microelectronics, Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), Villeneuve d'ascq, France, where he became a Research Scientist in 2003. He was engaged in the development of a new approach to silicon oxidation and oxynitridation modeling. His current research interests include the simulation and the optimization of nanodevices and the development of continuous and atomistic models for process simulation.
