Chandrasekharan Kothandaraman

Chandrasekharan Kothandaraman received the B.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India, in 1985 and the Ph.D. degree in applied physics and materials science from Columbia University, New York, NY, in 1996. He is currently a Senior Engineer with the IBM Microelectronics, Semiconductor Research Development Center, East Fishkill, NY, leading the research and development of eFUSE and its applications. He has authored more than 20 technical publications. He is the holder of more than ten U.S. and international patents.
