Catalin Ionescu

Catalin Ionescu is a PhD candidate at the University of Bonn, Bonn, Germany. As part of DFH-UFA, a Franco-German joint degree program, Catalin has received the Diplome d'ingenieur from the Institut National de Sciences Appliques de Lyon and the Diplom für Informatik from the University of Karlsruhe, Karlsruhe, Germany. His current research interests include large scale machine learning and computer vision with emphasis on 3D pose estimation.
