I have completed my post-graduation (MSc.) and Doctorate Degree (Ph. D.) in Physical Oceanography. I worked on various oceanographic research issues such as Upper Ocean Dynamics, Oceanic Thermal Structure, Air-Sea Interactions, Internal waves, Cyclone’s interaction with the Ocean, Offshore & Coastal Processes, and Ecosystem dynamics. Also, I participated in Multidisciplinary Ocean research cruises and spent more than 250 days at sea onboard research vessels, and have good working knowledge in handling Meteorological and Oceanographic Instruments. I have good Interpretation skills to analyse the large volume of Oceanographic field and satellite data sets. and I am familiar with data formats like NetCDF, HDF, GRIB, etc... I have experience using Programming languages like C, FORTRAN, R, and Python. I am very well familiar with the usage of the data analysis tools like Ferret, GrADS, ODV, Origin, Surfer, Grapher, and CDO, etc. I have a good capability to work in large groups.
