Chandra Mohan Singh Negi

Chandra Mohan Singh Negi received the Master's degree in optoelectronics from Shri Govindram Seksaria Institute of Technology and Science, Indore (S.G.S.I.T.S), India, in 2004. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. Degree in electronic engineering from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, India. In 2004, he joined S.G.S.I.T.S. as an Assistant Professor. In 2009, he moved to the Department of Electronics, Banasthali Vidyapith, Tonk, India. His research interests include nanooptoelectronics, advanced semiconductor devices, and nanoelectronics.
