Changhwan Choi

Changhwan Choi (S'03) received the B.S. degree in material science and engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 2002, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in material science and engineering and electrical engineering from the University of Texas, Austin, in 2002, and 2006, respectively. His research interest is the process development and physical and electrical characterization of alternative high-$k$ gate dielectrics and metal gate electrodes for advanced devices.
