I have broad research interests in the field of performance and health including sleep, altitude/hypoxia, endurance running, the female athlete, blood biomarkers for profiling and monitoring athletes. My background is as a sports physiologist having worked at the British Olympic Association, the English Institute of Sport and Orreco. I continue to work with professional and olympic athletes while undertaking research.
