Chen Wang

Chen Wang (SM'15) received the BS degree in electrical engineering, in 2003, and MS degrees in information science, and 2006, both from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China. He received the PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Virginia, in 2011. He is currently an associate professor of biomedical informatics with the Department of Health Sciences Research, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, MN, USA. His research interests include signal processing and data mining of high-dimensional molecular data, with applications in human disease applications. He is a member of the IEEE, IEEE Signal Processing Society, IEEE Life Sciences Community, AACR, and AMIA.
