Ching-Chieh Shih

Ching-Chieh Shih was born in Kinmen county, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1976. He received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from Chung-Yuan Christian University, Chung-Li, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1998, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering focusing on strain Si and strain SiGe NMOS and PMOS fabrication from the National Central University, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2003. Since 2003, he has been with AU Optronics Corporation, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. His current research focuses on the characterization of a-Si:H thin-film transistor, reliability testing, and new technology developer.
