I have received my bachelor and doctor degree on Physics at Tsinghua University from 2004 to 2013. I am working as an associate professor in National University of Defense Technology since 2013. Recently, we are focusing on the electron/phonon transport in 2D materials, heterostructures, and related functional devices. We investigate the accurate characterization of electron/phonon transport and their effective modulation methods including symmetry engineering, twistronics, etc.
