Clark N. Taylor (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California, San Diego, La Jolla, CA, USA, in 2004. From 2004 to 2010, he was an Assistant Professor in electrical and computer engineering with Brigham Young University, and from 2010 to 2018, he was a Research Electronics Engineer with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). He is currently an Assistant Professor in computer engineering with the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, USA. He has authored or coauthored more than 90 papers in the fields of video processing for unmanned aerial vehicles, GPS-denied navigation, estimation theory, video communication, and digital system designs.
