Dominique Morche

Dominique Morche received the Diploma degree in engineering from École Nationale Supérieure d’Electricité et de Radioelectricité de Bordeaux (ENSERB), Bordeaux, France, in 1990, the Ph.D. degree in electronics from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG-UGA), Grenoble, France, in 1994, which mainly focused on sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC), and the “Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches” degree from Grenoble University, Grenoble, in 2013. From 1994 to 2001, he was with France Telecom as a Research Engineer. He has been involved in the architecture and design of analog circuits for various telecom applications. His current research interests include the specification, architecture, and circuit design of RF architecture for the IoT, ultrawideband (UWB), and mmwave systems. Dr. Morche has been a TPC Member of several international conferences, including IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuit Design and Technology (ICICDT), the IEEE European Solid-State Circuits Conference (ESSCIRC), and the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC), and the General Chair of IEEE NEWCAS’14 and PRIME’13. He is currently a fellow with CEA/Electronic for Information Technology Laboratory (LETI), Grenoble.
