D. Phil Turnipseed

I am a Retired Scientist Emeritus with the USGS Office of Surface Water (OSW). My duties included assisting the OSW in surface water hydrology and open-channel hydraulics related to data collection and application. There was also emphasis on the ISO Technical Committee 113 on Hydrometry, the World Meteorological Organization, and other OSW international responsibilities and programs.
