Daniel Smrz is a group leader at the Department of Immunology, Charles University, Second Faculty of Medicine, and University Hospital Motol. His group is dedicated to the research of cancer cellular therapy. The goal is to produce antigen-specific T cells with desired functions and produce them under conditions that would allow their use in clinics. Their desired function should be migration to tumors and eliminating cancer cells by recognizing multiple tumor antigens.
