Dinu Coltuc (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Engineer degree and the Ph.D. degree in electronics and telecommunications from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania, in 1982 and 1997, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Information Technology Faculty, Valahia University of Targoviste, Romania, where he is also the Director of the Doctoral School of Engineering and the Research Center for Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Information Technology. His research interests lie in the areas of image and signal processing, reversible data hiding, image enhancement, and fast algorithms.
