My expertise is in ion channel drug discovery in the areas of pain, inflammation, psychiatric disorders, and neurodegenerative diseases. I am directly involved in all stages of the early part of drug discovery, including target identification, target validation, development of HTS screening assays, mechanism of action/binding site identification, as well as in-vivo preclinical models for demonstration of efficacy.
