Bio
Davide's research interests are in the areas of advanced functional materials and plasma science. Recent funded work has included biomedical applications and materials for solar energy conversion.
Davide has a leading international role in plasma-based synthesis of nanomaterials at atmospheric pressure. His Research Group now covers a range of activities within Plasma Science and Nanoscale Engineering with several projects funded from EPSRC, EU, Leverhulme Trust, Royal Society etc. His Group has extensive expertise in the development of plasma systems for the synthesis of a wide range of materials and include facilities for the fabrication and testing of solar cell devices.
