My research journey began in 2008 during the doctoral program at MDI. Broadly I focus on two separate but related areas of research. Innovation- I have been working to develop a tool to identify the innovation potential of Indian corporates and their capability to manifest such innovations . Entrepreneurship- I have co developed a tool to capture the entrepreneurial intention of graduate students and am working to expand this tool to capture the entrepreneurial mindset of students, entrepreneurs and corporate executives. Apaprt from these two areas I am experimenting with Indian ethos and scriptures and their application to Strategic Management I specialise in use of Qualitative reserach methods ( grounded theory ) and reserach pardigms and methodoligical fit from a methods perspective
