Deepu Kumar

I am Dr. Deepu Kumar, a highly experienced teacher with 18 years of teaching experience at the graduate level. I hold a Master's degree in M Com, as well as a Ph.D. in the field of HRM, and I have passed the State Level Eligibility Test (SLET), demonstrating my mastery of my subject area. Throughout my career, I have been committed to academic excellence and have taught a wide range of subjects in the stream of Commerce and Management. I have consistently received good recognition from my students and colleagues. My research interests focus on various subjects in commerce and management such as marketing, Human resource, finance, banking etc., and I have published extensively in top-tier journals in my field. My groundbreaking research has been widely cited and has contributed significantly to the advancement of the concerned field. I have also served as a mentor to many graduate students and have been instrumental in guiding them through their academic and professional development. In addition to my teaching and research, I have served as Head of the Department and I am an active member of several numerous committees and boards, and my leadership and expertise are highly valued by my peers. In administration capacity I have worked as an IQAC co-ordinator and prepared and submitted AQAR reports for 6 years in the present institution. I am regarded as a thought leader in my field and have played a key role in shaping the direction of the field. I am a highly respected and accomplished academic who has made significant contributions to my field through my teaching, research, and service.
