Di Zhang

Rolando Burgos received his B.S. degree in electronics engineering, his electronics engineering professional degree, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Concepción, Chile, in 1995, 1997, 1999, and 2002, respectively. In 2002, he joined CPES at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, as postdoctoral fellow, becoming a research scientist in 2003 and research assistant professor in 2005. In 2009, he joined the Corporate Research Center of ABB in Raleigh, North Carolina, as a power electronics consulting R&D engineer. His research interests include multiphase power conversion, hierarchical modeling, control theory, as well as synthesis and stability of power electronics conversion systems. He is a Member of the IEEE.
