Bio
长期从事有机光电材料与器件相关研究。率先系统研究了热活化敏化发光的新型发光机制,并进一步提出了多通道敏化的策略提升了器件效率;利用大位阻基团包覆的策略,设计开发了高效稳定的蓝光热活化延迟荧光材料,并将该类材料引入到白光器件中,为高效稳定的白光OLED技术提供了相关的理论指导。近五年在Adv. Mater.; Light. Sci. Appl.; Mater. Horizon.; Adv. Funct. Mater.等刊物上发表SCI论文40余篇,引用1000余次;获授权国际国内发明专利20余件。
