Eurico R De Paula

Eurico Rodrigues de Paula received the M.Sc. degree in telecommunications from the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), Sao Jose dos Campos, S ao Paulo, Brazil, in 1977, and the Dr.Sc. degree in space geophysics from the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE), Sao Jose dos Campos, in 1986. He has been working as a Researcher with INPE for over 45 years. He has attended a Post-Doctoral Program at Utah State University, Logan, UT, USA, for four years. His main research interests include ionospheric physics, with a focus on ionospheric scintillations detected by radars and global positioning system (GPS) receivers.
