S. Ya. Egorov

received the B.Sc. Degrees in computer engineering from Baghdad university Iraq, Baghdad in 2007 and the M.Sc. Degrees in computer engineering from Moscow automobile and road construction state technical university (MADI) in 2013, and the Ph.D. Degrees in the field of computer engineering / information technology and systems from Tambov State Technical University in 2020. He is currently holding the position of Head of the Computer Security and Maintenance section in the Information Technology Department in the Department of Reconstruction and Projects in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and head of the Ministerial Response Team to Cyber Security Incidents. He has more than 16 researches papers in the field of information technology and systems, control systems and networks and database, and he have more than 9 certificates and participation in the field Computer networks, information security, penetration testing, and servers and malware analysis & Threat Hunting.
