Bio

I am an adjunct professor in Genetics with emphasis in genetics and epigenetics of aging and associated diseases and with experience in molecular biology and cytogenetics. My current projects focus on epigenetic alterations in human diseases, especially Alzheimer’s disease, gastric cancer and, autism spectrum disorder. I have approved funds for my research as PI and as co-investigator in Brazil.
