I am interim vice-chair of the Royal College of Psychiatrists' Faculty of Liaison Psychiatry Executive Committee (2023) and on the Executive Board of the European Delirium Association (2023)

I was awarded the William Farr Medal by the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries (2014) for research that makes a significant contribution to improving the care of older people.
